EXT. - ROOFTOP NYC - DAY
Two women, TARA and KIM, are having drinks on a rooftop in
NYC. TARA is 26 and KIM is 31. They are both attractive
women. They are having some laughs and drinks.
TARA
I’m telling you, it’s because the
first time wasn’t good at
all! Seriously, it took us longer
to walk up the 4 flights of stairs
to get to his apartment...
KIM
Oh my God, that so terrible!
(laughs) I’m sorry girl, it’s rough
when things play out that way. But
this is New York, you get what you
get.
TARA
Whatever, such bogus, I mean the
Giants had just won the Super Bowl
for crying out loud! I was
expecting the work of a champion!
KIM
It’s okay, my dear, take a deep
breath and relax and look around
you. Damn that was almost 2 months
ago anyway! (laughs) Look around
you. You got your season tickets
to the Yankees, you’re gonna be
amazing for the next few months.
TARA
Yeah I always met the cutest guys
there. So tough, treat me like
shit...naturally I’m enthralled.
KIM
HA! Well, lets keep you away from
that this year.
TARA
And we’ll keep you away from those
tiny little east village guys you
like. You gotta let that go.
KIM
Yeah, I hear you, I know it. Well
you do never know what could
happen. You just have to go with
the flow.

TARA
I’m not a flow-goer though. I’m
interested in something better than
this crap. You know I’ve been to
10 different countries and was
swept off my feet in every single
one? This place is the only
exception of that.
KIM
Well, I think first things
first. Lets find you a cute boy
for you to play with and take care
of yourself because thats what is
most important and you are not
taking care of yourself right now
with that whole situation (signals
to her crotch).
TARA
Hahaha, thanks hoe! I know it. I
just havent even been in the mood
to care really.
KIM
Um, nope stop lying to yourself
because I’ve know you well enough
by now to know you are always in
the mood so cut that.
Tara sighs and looks out.
TARA
Alright, lets go out.
KIM
Hell yeah! Lets go get sexified and
go out!
INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Tara is trying on clothes while Kim sits on the bed. There
are clothes, shoes, and purse everywhere.
TARA
Great, this is why I can never go
out because I can never decide what
the hell to wear!
KIM
Just wear that! Thats hot!

TARA
I am not wearing purple! I don’t
even know why I bought this, I hate
purple.
KIM
Wear that black and white one you
wore when we went to that Morrocan
place.
TARA
You think so?
KIM
Yes.
TARA
Really? It’s not too like..
KIM
No, put it on.
Kim rolls her eyes and Tara runs out to grab the dress. Kim
mumbles something under her breath like (hurry the fuck up),
clock in background reads 10:45.
TARA (OS)
Coming, I’m commingg..
Tara enters wearing a very sexy dress that fits her
perfectly.
KIM
Heyyy, look at you, get it!
TARA
You think so? Right here (point to
her stomach, Kim hits her hands
away from her stomach)
KIM
No and your ass looks
incredible. Lets go, ladies drink
free til midnight.
TARA
(tough voice) Bitch, I drink free
all night!
KIM
Okay! There she is!

INT. BAR - NIGHT
Kim and Tara stand at the bar with some drinks. Tara looks
bored and still while Kim shakes her hips and smiles at the
guys around her. She looks over at Tara.
KIM
You need to get off the beer and
get something that will loosen you
up a bit more.
TARA
What do you mean, Im--
KIM
(to bartender) Excuse me!
The bartender walks over. He is a very good looking guy, in
a very east village way.
KIM
Hi, um two jack and gingers please.
Thank you.
Tara and Kim both stare for a moment at him.
KIM
Damn.
TAA
Damn.
KIM
I mean, DAMN.
TARA
Seriously.
KIM
Damn.
Bartender comes back over with drinks.
BARTENDER
Here you go, ladies. How are you
doing tonight?
Both of the girls pause for a moment.
KIM
Very well, thank you.
(CONTINUED)

BARTENDER
Good, I hope I can help keep it
that way. (smiles)
KIM
I hope so to...
The bartender walks away and Tara leads Kim to a different
table in the bar. She is laughing into hysterics.
TARA
Oh my God! That was hilarious!
KIM
Oh yeah, that little boy will be
mine.
TARA
Yeah, he’s got to be 21 years old.
Two young guys, very much like "Frat Guys" approach the
girls.
FRAT GUY 1
You guys are hot.
FRAT GUY 2
Yeah, for real.
The girls turn their heads to face away from the guys.
FRAT GUY 1
Hey, you chicks should come to
Conneticuit and party with us.
FRAT GUY 2
Yeah, we got a huge place!
TARA
No, thanks.
FRAT GUY 1
Oh c’mon why not? Are you scared of
Conneticuit?
KIM
Dude..no. Bye.
FRAT GUY 2
Whatever, ugly bitches.
(CONTINUED)
CONTINUED: 6.
FRAT GUY 1
Scared to come out to Conneticuit
bro!
The guys walk away and the girls are laughing and muttering
things like "asshole".
TARA
(sarcastically) But those could of
been our Prince Charmings!
KIM
Oh, hell no! My little cutie is
waiting for me at the bar...so I’ll
go get us some shots!
TARA
But..
Tara watches Kim walk away and stands there drinking her
drink. She looks around and makes eye contact with a very
good looking European man, AYAJOC, standing across from the
bar. He is smiling at her. She looks away pretending not
to see him but looks back to see him still smiling at
her. He waves to her and she smiles. He begins to walk
over.
AYAJOC
Hi, I am sorry to disturb but I
would like to speak with you.
TARA
Um, yeah, (smiling) okay.
AYAJOC
What is your name?
TARA
Tara. How bout you?
AYAJOC
Ayajoc.
Tara’s face is surprised as she didn’t understand what he
said.
TARA
I’m sorry, it’s...
AYAJOC
Ayajoc
Tara still doesn’t understand it but acts like she does.

TARA
Oh, well nice to meet you. Where
are you from?
AYAJOC
I am from Serbia. Do you know it?
TARA
Yes I do.
AYAJOC
You are a very beautiful woman.
TARA
Oh well...thank you.
Kim looks at Tara and they wink at eachother. Kim stays at
bar. They two talk, laugh, and obvious chemistry and music
(TBD) plays in and fade out.
INT. APARTMENT BED - DAY
Tara and Ayajoc lay in bed.
TARA
Aww I dont want you to go
AYAJOC
I have to go, I am going to work
but at 3 o’clock I’m done and we
can do whatever you want, baby.
TARA
Okay.
Ayajoc gets dressed and leans in and kisses her.
AYAJOC
I have never met a woman like you.
TARA
I know...
AYAJOC
I am very happy for this.
TARA
Me too.
AYAJOC
Goodbye beautiful. (kisses her).

Tara lays in a dazed state, happy and glossed for a few
moments. Her phone rings, it’s Kim. She picks it up and
puts it on speaker.
TARA
Hey girl!
KIM
Heyyy! How are you doing?
TARA
Oh, so well. So, so well.
KIM
Hell yeah, I saw you kissing up on
that adonis last night. He was all
kinds of fine.
TARA
I know, all kinds.
KIM
He seemed so into you.
TARA
He was. It was such a beautiful
night. What a man, so refreshing
to find a real man.
KIM
Are you gonna see him again?
TARA
This evening.
KIM
O-M-G! Yesss! He seems like a
definite keeper. What was his name
by the way?
Tara stops for a moment then her eyes get huge. She sits up
in disbelif.
KIM
Helllloo?
Tara holds her head in her hands.
TARA
I have no idea.
